Home does not include a human support entitlement. It is designed as a self-service product: diagnose, repair, validate, and keep the local outcome.

Human help when local troubleshooting is not enough.
Business adds structured escalation after diagnosis, repair, and validation. If the issue remains unresolved and support is invoked, a case can move to technician triage and attended remote support if required.
A Business support destination has not been published yet. Availability has not been announced.

Business support is designed around sanitized technical evidence rather than unnecessary personal content.
Licensing help
Home activation will have a published help path.
Activation and licensing help information will be published before commercial release. The intended Home model is purchase, legitimate entitlement, online activation, then continued offline use.
